Orders

Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you via the email you provided. It will include the following:

  • Order number
  • Billing and Shipping address
  • Items purchased

Payment

DHJ accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal through our secure payment gateway.

Shipping

All purchases ship within 1-2 business days. Need your order sooner? For a small fee we can expedite your order.

Domestic: All U.S. orders are sent USPS Priority Mail with confirmation and tracking for a flat rate of $8.

International: International orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS depending on the countries restrictions. Shipping fee is $35.00

Shipping time is 5-10 business days + customs clearance.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Taxes

We collect local sales tax for any orders that ship to destinations within the State of Ohio. This sales tax, if any, will be added to the cost of your order during checkout.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept a return under the following conditions.

Please contact us at jewels@doublehappinessjewels.com about your return to receive an RA#, be sure to write it on the outside of your package.

All jewelry must be unworn with the original tag and packaging.

All returns must be postmarked with 7 days of receipt and shipped USPS Priority mail with tracking information.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with any return.

Returns received after this period will receive store credit only.

Jewelry Care

Follow these simple steps to keep your jewels looking their best year after year.

  • Avoid direct contact with beauty products such as perfume, hairspray, deodorant and makeup.
  • Always put your jewelry on last.
  • Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing or showering.
  • To clean your jewelry, wipe with a soft moist cloth, avoid harsh detergents and never use jewelry cleaner.
  • Store each piece separately in the jewelry pouch provided.
